With responsibilities for 2 teams,13 FTE. The CIS (Customer Information system) is classed as a category A system and holds the single view of a customers relationship with HBOS. It is accessed by E-business/E-Commerce, Customer facing contact centre and branches when dealing with customers account queries/sales. IT also is the key feed to product systems, marketing and MI. It is based on IBM Mainframe & DB2. The second team support marketing systems which reside a multiple platforms from Mainframe, to AIX and Windows servers. The systems fall into 2 categories, either campaign generation (for mailing or contact centre dial-up) or MI for the regulators/board or to influence future marketing criteria
