Working closely with the Creative Director I lead on projects from initial briefing, creating concepts to designing and building the digital output, including wireframing, UX/UI and prototyping. I have a particular focus on improving and monitoring the work, processes and procedures of the studio, as well as managing and mentoring the team of designers & developers (including freelance) and overseeing all digital & print output from the studio. Clients include: Cisco, Couchbase, Orange, InfinityQS, Xerox, TMF and more.

Managing a studio of 5 designers/web designers, running all aspects of the studio, ensuring the team are highly creative and highly motivated at all times. Monitoring work flow and supervising the team on both print and digital projects. Instrumental in developing the digital side of the studio designing highly engaging and interactive digital content and websites. Front-end development on various websites, micro-sites, animated banners, video animation and other digital projects using HTML, CSS, Flash, After Effects as well as some JavaScript, JQuery and PHP.

The agencies first digital designer, responsible for all digital output including design, production, testing and delivery. Helped grow the digital client roster and the number of digital designers in the studio.

One of two lead design contributors on the UK version of the popular German skateboarding & snowboarding magazine. Tasked with launching the magazine in the UK, we chose which stories to develop and then styled them in a very graphic way using a variety of techniques. Designed Ads for sponsors such as Salamon & Quick Silver and liaised with the print house and distribution channels.

A roll split between digital and print, producing branding design for a range of clients in the gaming and professional services sector. Creating websites, Packaging, Flash animations, Report & Accounts and brochures. Managing the work flow of the studio, liaising directly with clients and suppliers, taking work from initial brief through to completion. Clients include: GlaxoSmithKline, Apple, Fisher-Price, Mattel, Havas Interactive, Safeway and Knowledge Adventure
