Responsible for the development and delivery of the strategic retail operating plan and objectives. Additional responsibility for the 1860 Formal Hire Wear Division of Greenwoods including business development, sales, website, multi channel marketing and supplier negotiations.

Reporting directly to the main Board I planned and coordinated the business operating and commercial plan to increase store profitability. Responsible for achievement of annual sales budget of £34m with full accountability for the coordination of all sales activity for 92 stores encompassing over 300 people.
