Leading, delegating, planning, and motivating the team of Ten· Demonstration of excellent product knowledge· Hosting a monthly meeting to train staff and familiarise them with key promotional products· Fostering an environment of success, teamwork, and collaboration by developing the team, monitoring staff performances, completing performance reviews and coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees· Monitoring stock levels, forecasting and ordering· Achieving weekly and monthly sales targets across key categories· Business development and closing of large deals outside of shop via customer mapping with corporate client accounts and maintenance of these· Sales analysis and reporting to head office on a weekly and monthly basis· Maintaining awareness of local competitors’ offerings and marketing activity to aid our competitiveness and strategy· Ensuring the stores meets all legal health and safety requirements· Visual merchandising and gaining the best visibility for headline products with effective use of creative displays and appropriate POS usageAdministration of paperwork; roster planning, cash sheets, invoicing, delivery requests, large corporate customer orders, etc
