More recently (last 12 months) I have been responsible for the migration and redevelopment of legacy applications that, for various reasons, are at their technology 'end of life'. This includes Infrastructure, Software and relevant Third Party contractual arrangements. Previously responsible for the delivery of the API stream within the Technology and Transformation Program. This includes the API Management Strategy for API’s developed and consumed on public and private cloud. Significant governance, risk and compliance management responsibilities form part of this role.

Responsible for all Application Delivery across multiple vendor products to multiple clients. Significant Annual budget and associated Financial Management responsibilities. Program Management, Delivery Management, Customer Relationship Management, Contract Management, Strategic Planning with Clients including Cloud Transformation and 'as a service' opportunities, Project Governance and Capability Management were all key aspects of this Senior Management role.

Responsible for the effective Delivery of Services to our clients nationally within the Business Solutions arm of ASG. Responsible for oversight and management of Project Delivery nationally across various products and multiple Clients. Key responsibilities were to ensure successful delivery of projects to clients, Resource Management nationally, adherence to Governance, process and methodologies, Capability assessment and alignment with product and clients strategic direction, Financial Management of budgets, contract management, vendor management and team management.

Various Client Service Management and Service Delivery Management roles at sites such as Department of Justice, Shared Services, Department of Agriculture, Department of Housing, City of Joondalup, Iluka Resources, Department of Environment, Department of Education and Department of Health.
