DescriptionThe incumbent is responsible for the support of the transaction processing environment for our integrated and terminal client base.Key Responsibility Areas:• Implementation and on-boarding of new clients• Investigate issues regarding critical errors on all servers.• Provide reports to management on what was found (e.g. consistent daily errors occurring)• Loading errors on JIRA so that it can be eliminate from occurring again.• Perform compliancy checks for PCI DSS• Being available on after hours support roster• Investigate eSocket. POS related issues• Query SQL databases• Doing store loads for all clients (Spar, Total etc) on Config\Realtime servers.• Configuring Bins• Loading of stores on Phema.• Providing stores on Transpector with id’s and passwords.• Customer Satisfaction.• Building and maintaining strong relationships with TJ’s customers• Assist project and infrastructure teams to comply with IT security policies and best practice• Participate in focused team meetings to discuss outstanding issues

Amex, MasterCard and VISA, EMV, Mag stripe, Contactless.• Daily communication and interaction with customers and Banks• Responsible for system, integration testing and control of test configuration and environment. • Logging of defects/issues on an Issue Log and escalating it daily, internally and to external customers • Regression of testing, Load, Performance and Stress testing.• Responsible for assisting team with test activities where required.• Participate in project planning with team members to contribute time estimates on software testing.• Writing user guides for software implementation.• Setting up Point of sale systems.• Processing online transactions on various Point of Sales (P.O.S)• P.O.S slip validation• Prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases covering all aspects of functional and technical specifications to verify that software meet business requirements.• Creating handover documentation for tested software to UAT.• Ensure that test results are properly documented and tracked and software defects are reported clearly.• Build and maintain a repository of test case definitions and acceptance test procedures.• Contribute to the enhancement of Quality assurance testing processes and procedures.
