• DescriptionThe incumbent is responsible for the support of the transaction processing environment for our integrated and terminal client base.Key Responsibility Areas:
• Implementation and on-boarding of new clients
• Investigate issues regarding critical errors on all servers.
• Provide reports to management on what was found (e.g. consistent daily errors occurring)
• Loading errors on JIRA so that it can be eliminate from occurring again.
• Perform compliancy checks for PCI DSS

• Regression testing and EMV certification testing. Amex, MasterCard and VISA, EMV, Mag stripe, Contactless.
• Daily communication and interaction with customers and Banks
• Responsible for system, integration testing and control of test configuration and environment.
• Logging of defects/issues on an Issue Log and escalating it daily, internally and to external customers
• Regression of testing, Load, Performance and Stress testing.
