About Wayne Davis
High Risk AdviserAs a high risk advisor I have worked in and traveled to some of the worlds most hostile arenas for over 2 decades. My experience has been gained through working as Soldier, operator, team leader and now a security adviser. During my military career, I had the privilege to serve on 4 operational deployments, Balkans, Iraq and 2 tours of Afghanistan Deploying to Kosovo as an intelligence officer running complex search operations involving air and allied forces as well as my normal roll collating and decimating intelligence reports and briefings to an international task force. In Iraq i organised theatre troop movements using the many air assets available to us, eventually taking control of the units withdrawal from Iraq into Kuwaitduring my time in Afghanistan I worked with a small unit recruiting local nationals as interpreters, then deploying with them to forward operating bases using various air assets and working closely with our international partners.On leaving the military Ive worked as a contractor in a lot of my old haunts, Iraq and Afghanistan but with some new addition too, like Somalia, providing protection and medical cover for a wide range of clients, such as Diplomats, oil workers, police and low profile clients, enabling them to go about their business in areas that with out our guidence it would not have been possible. As a High Risk Adviser I have supported organisations in the Middle East, with the retreat of Isis in Ramadi, Iraq and Europe with the invasion of Ukraine. I have helped mitigate threats to reduce business and client risk, enabling the client to work remote with the minimum of support providing pre hospital and trauma medical cover, reports and plans for quick and safe extraction, linking with local military and emergency services, giving advice on military equipment, tactics, the danger and avoidance of unexploded ordinance The knowledge gained from my hostile and high risk experience has given me the ability to improve the capabilities of any organisation any where, enabling clients to work and travel in an otherwise impossible environment Providing:Travel Risk ManagementRisk and Threat Assessments Medical coverSurveillance Team LeadershipMilitary OperationsCounter TerrorismHostile EnvironmentsClose ProtectionI always demand excellence from myself and my teams, applying humour and integrity in the most challenging of situations.
