CurrentThis position effectively covers all tiers of support. One moment I'm helping someone fix their view in Outlook, the next I'm working on an infrastructure migration. This can sometimes be brutal intellectually, but it keeps you well rounded. Rampant is by far the healthiest work culture I've experienced. If I present a good idea it often becomes part of process. We openly share our knowledge internally and study is encouraged. If I'm sick or have an urgent family matter, I'm supported. So I'll probably stick around until they kick me out or I simply age out of the job.
