My experience includes 4.5 years as an Automotive Service Advisor and spans more than 20 years in Project Management, successfully building out and maintaining Telecommunications, Cellular, and Microwave wireless networks/technologies in BC, Saskatchewan and Alberta including the Oil Fields. I am intimately familiar with all aspects of Telecommunications site qualification, design, construction and handover for operation including project completion documentation. Site types built include rooftops, collocation on existing sites and tower green field sites. I have also managed cellular switch, microwave infrastructure replacement and tower maintenance projects.I am experienced in the Management and preparation of RFQ documentation, awarding bids for site builds, other special projects that I have been assigned for completion as well as financial forecasting, budgeting and scheduling to meet project goals. I also act as a mentor for project managers (and others) as needed or requested drawing on experiences from my career to assist others to be successful and grow.
