Responsibilities / Achievements- Responsible for monitoring day to day business operations of 5 Northern Sites.- Changing lives of people with disabilities and disadvantage through employment and training.- Responsible for supervising 20 plus Employment Consultants and Administration Officers. - Responsible for key performance indicators (KPI’s) and employment placements are met and sustained.- Overseeing and developing site budgets- Responsible for providing support and training to staff through proactive mentoring and coaching.- Provide regular operational performance feedback to the operations team.- Responsible to providing strategies for site continuous improvement.- Ensure outcome claims and evidence is monitored- Assist in growing employer base through participation in networking, indentifying opportunities and promoting Bedford services and Job Seekers.- Responsible for maintaining a strong knowledge of the JSA and DEEWR deed and guidelines.- Ensure all reporting is completed accurately and in timely manner.- Conduct daily site operational meeting and SAG (Safety action Group meeting when required.- Conduct annual staff performance and development reviews.- Experience in within compliance framework and case management- High-level communication, conflict resolution and problem solving skills.
