Wayne built a productive team of 3 project managers responsible for software development and maintenance projects. He managed numerous projects, large and small. Wayne was a member of the management team. Wayne assisted with annual budget preparations, setting strategic goals, had responsibility for contract administration, and continuous improvement of all organization process and procedures.Wayne, during the past 12 months of his tenour, instigated and managed the move to an Agile development environment including self-directed teams, developed and led the implementation of the company’s improved customer support organization, collected data for and developed the presentation format for the company’s annual budget, developed reports for project backlog, application portfolio analysis, project status, and annual project projection analysis.Prior to a recent reorganization Wayne also supervised 3 testers and 2 business analyst.
