Microsoft Windows Server 2016-2022 Management, patch management and deployment using NinjaOne. VMWare ESXi administration. CoreView Administration. User of FreshService service management for Ticketing, Change Management, Problem Management. AWS IAM Administrator. Utilize Netskope to troubleshoot and address issues with website access working with Network Engineering. Monitoring the environment using NetCrunch. Project and Task Management using Monday.com. Work on escalations from End User Support and Desktop Engineering Team.
