Ensured that correct maintenance and modification were performed on associated aircraft IAW with all technical publications as well as company procedures and policies. Maintained and recorded all associated aircraft records and forms. Enforced compliance with all prescribed company maintenance guidelines and protocols. Liaised with military commanders and DCMA to ensure customer product satisfaction.
