Kilo is a leading Chemical Distributor with a wealth of experience in the import, supply and distribution of Chemicals to many manufacturing industries; We work directly with many Industrial, Food and Pharmaceutical Manufacturers all over the world to supply raw materials to various sectors in the UK,My position of a Business Development Manager for Kilo is mainly field sales B2B, Covering half of the U.K and i currently look after various accounts with a turnover of £6-7m plus, Which includes increasing the number of products/volumes into existing customers and looking for new potential customers/accounts and expanding them also.

Head hunted from Seafresh Ltd to undertake my current duties with a view to expanding Butler's Ltd, in a new geographical area and setting up (within a budget) a completely new distribution centre, from finding a suitable location/recruiting/stock control/training staff/accounts and management

I first joined Seafresh Ltd in August 2007 as a Sales Representative, selling IQF food direct to the public and other catering sectors. Within my first year, I was recognised as the top salesman in the UK and Ireland, then shortly gained promotion to Depot Manager where I was responsible for stock/vehicles/staffing/banking and staff morale. I proceeded to make the West Midlands depot into the best profit making depot within the company within 24months, with an annual turnover of £1.2 million (approx). In late 2009, I was then promoted to Area Manager, responsible for 50% of the national depots, with the same duties as previously and responsible for all staff and accounts within a catchment area of 200 mile.

Looking after and maintaining discipline for new and old prisoners that have been sentenced/remanded into custody via the court system. During my time within the service I worked within the segregation unit, dealing with some of the most disruptive people within the prison system and also received a certificate of recognition for situations in the unit . I also worked on the induction unit, dealing with people that had never been into custody beforehand and helping them with any issues they may have. During my time within the Prison Service, I was also assigned to the Riot Section, to assist with any disruption in prisons within the West Midlands area.
