An unconditional friend. That is who I am. Far from perfect, driven to overcome and humble and courageous enough to say that I was wrong. I'm a hardened shield when pressed to protect the people I love and care for ( as I've never lost my mindset from my Armed forces days). I've learned to be comfortable on my own, as the trials I've endured for the last few years have shaped my surroundings and taught me to focus on what matters most.The people that I care for, and those that genuinely care for me. Not to mention needing the time with minimal social interaction to regain and heal from constant giving for decades. My employment, work ethic, and engagement with my colleagues would be best assessed speaking to those that have walked it with me. Being a mentor, encourager, motivator and cheerleader for others, should never be job title, it should always be a passionate human action. I find the greatest joy an reward cheering an edifying those that find their gifts and begin to transform into the purpose they were meant for. No jealousy, no discouragement, and no what about me. I know who I am. I'll be right here, your encourager, your shield, and above all .... an Unconditional friend and colleague.
