A retail sales position developed into a representative career path within the hardware/manufacturing industry now for the past 25 yrs. I am currently employed with Euro Tooltechnic Systems Ltd Australia which distributes a Germany manufactured power tool brand Festool throughout a dealer network in Australia.I have represented the State of Queensland for the company now for the past 15 years continuing to build a stronger dealer network plus offering direct onsite demonstration visits and technical support to the consumer/end-user data network. My current position within the business as of 2023/2024 is State Manager Qld & SA........We deliver a structured business plan and operate an SAP/CRM data system to streamline all daily, weekly, monthly and yearly planning plus general operations within the business.My vision/goals are to offer leadership/coaching skills to influence others to make a positive difference to the overall business, authority comes with the role/title however it doesn't lead or influence your team in the right way if you what to achieve real positive change/difference.
