Assisted and advise the FORSCOM Engineer on unit sourcing solutions to provide engineer force capabilities in support of OCO and other contingencies, theater engagements and exercises. QA/QC the FORSCOM CIED program by managing all fourteen CI2C sites. assisted in developing policies and providing guidance of the military Construction program and mission related projects. Maintain relations with IMCOM concerning facilities in support of FORSCOM forces.

Command Sergeant Major for a 700 Soldier Airborne Combat Engineer Battalion. Provided support to 18 Airborne Corps worldwide contingency mission during the Global War on Terror. Served as the senior enlisted advisor to the commander assisting across all aspects of the command to include UCMJ actions, administration, mentorship of leaders and development/enforcement of standards. Supported and supervised realistic battle-focused training to maintain the combat readiness of personnel and logistics systems. Responsible for the safety and welfare of all Soldiers in the Battalion.

Daily Operations for Forward Operating Base (Afghanistan) for a Brigade Task Force of 2,100 Soldiers, Airmen, Marines, Sailors, Coalition forces and civilians in support of CJTF-82. Responsible for all operations on the base, security of the base, training of local nationals. Responsible for setting up itinerary for all Distinguished visitors in theater. FOB maintenance of billets and work areas.

Ft Bragg

First Sergeant of an Airborne combat maneuver company with a worldwide contingency deployment mission within 18 hours of notification. Responsible for the health, welfare, discipline and training of 96 Soldiers and 48 Afghanistan local nationals. Responsible for the daily operations of the company based on unit operating procedures and mission requirements. Supervised the administrative and logistical operations of the company. Provided mentorship and guidance to the NCOs and Soldiers. Advisor to the commander on all enlisted matters.
