I am based in the North West of England and work primarily between Liverpool and Manchester. My clients have included the heads of large private equity firms, onshore and offshore trusts (including employee benefit trusts) and shareholders of family businesses, together with their families. I have advised on and have experience of most aspects of UK tax affecting individuals and their business interests, including property transactions, and am keen to work with entrepreneurs and their businesses to help them understand their tax exposure and profile
