Project Jua - Ovo Foundation - Solar on/off-grid Electrification for 266 Schools and 54 Clinics in five off-grid and grid-under-served counties across Kilifi, Kwale, Taita Taveta, Turkana, and Isiolo.• Coordinating field activities such as Corrective and Preventive maintenance of the solar systems, mentorship, capacity building, and handover including related logistics and communication• Coordinating all project-related subcontractors i.e. electricians and O&M partners to ensure adherence to the scope of works set out in signed contracts.• Monitoring and management of data from the remote monitoring systems• Monitoring the status of all sites on the online platforms to ensure sites are online and operational. • Monitoring and tracking field budgets for field activities related to Corrective and Preventive maintenance• Continuous engagement and management of stakeholders relations to ensure an effective flow of information between the project and beneficiaries.

Design, Optimization, and fabrication of a biomass cook-stove.

- Maintenance of fluid flow machinery i.e. Motors pumps through the guidance of the technical team- Operation of the SCADA system coordinating the flow of petroleum products from the port to the various destinations- Plotting on the Flow tracking sheet- Carrying out supervisory tasks on minor projects

- Designing and drawing the piping and drainage systems of buildings/houses drawings by an architect or contractors.- Field visit to supervise on the proper implementation of the piping and drainage system drawings during the construction of the buildings.

Through this training program I gained experience and knowledge on boiler systems driven by diesel and also learned more about employment of different gears to achieve a desired operation by a machine. I also learnt more about safety procedures in case of an emergency and how to prepare for both preventive and corrective maintenance.
