Current• TSM is located in Maubeuge in Northern France and the largest coating complex within the Tata Steel Colors. • The site specialises in the cold rolling, galvanising and painting of strip steel for the construction and manufactured goods sectors in Europe. • TSM differentiates itself on flexibility, customer service and short lead times.• The site has a manufacturing capacity of 400 ktpa (300m€ per annum) and employs approximately 500 people.• My direct responsibilities are very diverse; these include health, safety and environment, production, engineering, technology (includes product development), supply chain, HR, finance and overall responsibility for the site financial result and commercial strategies if they impact on the overall supply chain profitability.
