I am currently an automotive Service Advisor with Classic Collision. My daily duties include writing estimates, communicating with adjusters/appraisers, handling the repair process from start to finish, communicating with techs to make sure the repairs are done in a timely manner. And keeping in constant communication with my customers. My prior experience was installing car audio components since 1986. Ive been an installer, supervisor, manager and owner in this industry. My duties were everything from simple deck and speaker installs. To custom fabricating dashes, consoles, door panels, kick panels, headliners, seats and subwoofer enclosures. I have had the pleasure of meeting and working with some of the greatest people in the industry. I’ve built and assisted in building some of the cleanest sounding and loudest vehicles around. No matter what role I've played. I have always strived to be the absolute best I can be! And will continue to do so in any position I am in.
