Was instrumental in assisting the delivery of ND-12 for this project that was launched on November 2, 2019 in 1/3 the normal time.• Supported the design of the Ball Aerospace Sunshade project.• Supported design, modeling and drafting tasks for the integrated thermal system portion of the NASA Mapping Imaging Spectrometer for Europa (MISE) project.• Technological elements utilized at this facility include heat pipes, condensers, evaporators and radiators that are predominantly comprised of aluminum skin/honeycomb core panels.• Utilized PTC CREO 4.0, Creo 7.0 and the PLM system PTC Windchill PDM Link 11.2.1.0, with engineering drawings and related documentation practices performed under ASME Y14.24-2012.• Extensive use of top-down design in implementing Creo skeleton modeling and assembly structure.• Was an integral contributor to assisting our facility’s push to improve drawing release times for our customers.

Engineering drawings and related documentation practices performed under ASME Y14.24-2012.

• Designed, modeled and detailed components and assemblies for tactical and biological agent disinfecting equipment, utilizing Pro/Engineer WILDFIRE, Release 4.0. • Specific design aspects included electro/mechanical packaging; large aluminum enclosures and portable vaporization equipment utilizing large plate, engineered structures and sheetmetal.• Utilized the PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) structure of PTC WINDCHILL Release 9.1.• Also utilized AutoCAD Mechanical Release 2009 to a lesser degree.

• Designed, modeled and detailed components and assemblies for the NASA Goddard Space Flight Center’s Crew Aids and Tools (CATs) department, for a special tool that was used on the Hubble Space Telescope Servicing Mission 4 (HST-SM4), launched in May, 2009, utilizing Pro/Engineer WILDFIRE, Release 2.0.• Tool designed was the Fastener Capture Plate (FCP), which was used by the astronauts to remove the Main Electronics Box (MEB) cover in order to repair the HST Space Telescope Imaging Spectrograph (STIS).• Previous projects included component support work for the ExPRESS Logistics Carrier (ELC) for a mission to the International Space Station (ISS) and Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for the Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) project.• Utilized the database management system of Pro/Intralink, Release 3.4.• Extensive use of tolerance stack-up analysis and GD&T (ANSI Y14.5).

• Designed, modeled and detailed components and assemblies for an ultra-compact material handler (telehandler), primarily for the gardening and nursery industries, utilizing Pro/Engineer WILDFIRE, Release 2.0.• Personal focus for the design of this vehicle was related to boom and quick-switch design. Contributed support work for a military telehandler contract proposal.• Utilized the database management system of Pro/Intralink, Release 3.3, which then migrated to PTC WINDCHILL PDMLink Release 8.0 on September 5, 2006.• Extensive use of skeletons and tolerance stack-up analysis for boom system functionality.• Achieved training and experience utilizing Pro/Piping module.
