With more than 30 years of Law Enforcement and Private Investigation experience, I possess extensive knowledge in performing a variety of investigative services such as interviewing, scene investigations, locating individuals, and surveillance investigations, as well as in-depth background and social media investigations (Cyber Sweeps). I possess numerous data forensic certifications through the following organizations: Access Data, National Center for White Collar Crime, Department of Justice and the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children. During my tenure with the Kennebunk Police Department, I held the rank of Detective, during that time, I was a member of the Southern Maine Violent Crimes Task Force and the Maine Computer Crimes Task Force. I have extensive and diverse knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking. I developed and managed the computer networks for the Ogunquit, Old Orchard Beach, Kennebunk, and Kennebunkport Maine Police Departments. Also responsible for writing technology grants that were used procurement of computer hardware and software for implementation of mobile data terminals in patrol cars as well as surveillance equipment for investigators.9
