Lead a team of talented mechanical, Junior to Senior Mechanical Engineers through complex revamp projects in the Nova Corunna Ethylene Plant involving oil and tar separation, demethanizing, hydrogen separation, etc requiring the specification of pumps, turbo-expanders, steam turbines driven compressors, heat exchangers and towers.Developed system for discipline specific man-hour estimating, tracking and change management which could then be fed into the overall project project control systems.Mechanical Team was recognized as the only dixcipine to deliver all of their construction work packages on time and budget.
