Campus Infrastructure Funds Management (CIFM) believes there is an opportunity in the Tertiary Education market to provide long term infrastructure style investments to meet the needs of both long term investors and universities.CIFM partner with the occupiers of large complex estates to provide strategic solutions for their property needs, enabling business transformation and creating long term value.Responsible for establishing the Funds Management business including all operational aspects, for sourcing and due diligence on assets and infrastructure, for developing and establishing operational and financial models that the fund would operate under, for engaging with investors to participate in funds.

Assisting the Director and responsible for the transformation of the Facilities & Services Division (150+) from an operational reactive services group of siloed departments to strategic and forward-looking organisation of integrated and collaborative group of engaged professional teams including establishing Facilities Planning, Space Planning, Sustainability, Asset/ Engineering Management units and re-engineering Project Delivery, Maintenance and Operational units.

Group-wide responsibility of all technical aspects of managing the property portfolio including leading the management of property services teams and services during all phases of asset ownership - investment, planning and development, refurbishment/ capital upgrades, operational management and divestment. The role also included leading the Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability team and aspects of the property investment group.
