Providing assistance to the train when mechanical defects occur during the journey. working closely together with the Control centre and other station based staff to ensure a smooth operation from train to station

A working group set up by the employee director of GWR to help address issues that arise and to help make GWR an even better place to work ! To date we have had success is making staff rest areas better and more inviting and several joint revenue issues have been successfully completed

To carry out to the highest standard of the on-train presentation ready for the customers to join at the start of the journey, this covered making sure the train was clean and all toilets are correctly watered , new seat reservation tickets placed and the train departed from the yard on time
