Damon has learned and taken on a number of tasks since being hired in July 2005. Damon has learned and performed the following tasks exceptionally well:• Wrote Requirements and Test Procedures for multiple projects (major TSOs worked on include: Eclipse Autopilot, 1950 Autopilots, Level A Display products, Level A Helicopter autopilot)• Rewrote many Standard Procedure documents to help streamline the configuration management process.• Maintained the Configuration Management tool (PVCS) and the problem reporting tool (TeamTrack)• Performed DOORS Administrator duties• Created Problem Reporting process flows that has allowed efficient tracking of problems that aided in achieving successful TSO audits• Performed SQE duties for Eclipse TSO #2Damon is a very dedicated engineer and shows great flexibility in the different types of tasks that he can perform: Requirement writing, Integration testing, Team communication, V&V system testing, administering multiple application tools (CM, problem reporting and requirements tools). Damon has consistently shown to be a valuable contributor to the software and systems engineering teams by performing at a high level of competency. Damon gets along well with others and has a very professional attitude with colleagues and customers. Damon is not only a valuable asset to the engineering group but to the company. Damon is a joy to work with and I would definitely want to work with him in the future
