• End-to-end life cycle management of PAYG (phones and SIMs) product category measured against bottom line contribution of the category to Shebang Distribution across channels.
• Ensure product lines ready for market, including proposition development, supporting materials (training and marketing) and availability. Work with channel leaders to maximise sales out and profitability, including.
• Responsible for product communications, forecasting and sales tracking and to deliver gross profit targeted and/or volume per month (as an average across a quarter), reduce wastage to less than targeted % of category.
• Bringing new products to market, improving profitability through purchasing team. Product roadmap management, defining product availability. Leading internal communications, keeping sales channels and logistics aware.
• Identifying opportunities to sell in collaboration with channel managers.
• Support direct and indirect retail level decision with channel manager, co-ordinating supplier support. Managing provisioning of product and sales tool support online and in store.
