We specialize in the manufacture of Urban Street Furniture throughout New Zealand.

Reporting to the MD i was responsible for approximately 43 people covering Sales, Warehouse and Logistics. My role was to lead cultural change within the business by developing its people and processes in order to successfully support company growth. I was also responsible for the implementation and management of OH&S standards throughout the site.

Responsible for the day to day management of a fabrication, weld, paint and assembly team consisting of 30+ employees manufacturing street furniture and other waste solutions.

Commenced employment as a paint sprayer later moving into the machining cell operating and setting a profile burner (Messer) and vertical milling machine ensuring targets and product tolerances and quality was to standard.

Prepare and paint school and office furniture as well as stadium seating.
