Wayne is an experienced fund raising executive and held the CFRE Certification from 1989 - 2013. He has led several organizations both in the USA and internationally. His 8+ years with World Vision International most of which was served at the Southeast Regional Director in Atlanta, GA. He also spent 28 years as and educational leader at Toccoa Falls College. He led the Alumni Association and Church Ministries areas for much of that time as Vice President of Institutional Advancement. During this time he was the General Manager of the TFC Radio Network. In 2001 he became Executive Vice President and then in May, 2003 as CEO and later President/CEO of the college. He provided leadership to gain full membership with CCCU. He provided strong leadership for the college and saw excellent growth in buildings and the student body. After college he served as a pastor and assistant pastor of C&MA Churches and recently retired after 43 years of ministry as an official worker with the C&MA. During that time he served on district and national boards, serving as a member of the Board of Directors of the denomination.He has led and served on 8 evaluation teams for ABHE to Christian colleges as well as served on a SACS evaluation team. He is skilled in management and leadership and has provided consultation to colleges and individuals.He has also traveled internationally speaking in several countries and led groups and ministry teams in Southeast Asia, South America and Africa. He spent over 4 weeks in Indonesia in churches as well as speaking at the first Indonesian Youth Conference.
