Proficient in the use of SATURN, CUBE, TUBA, COBA, COBA-LT, ARCADY, PICADY, TRICS, TEMPRO, MS Excel, MS Access and MS Project which is coupled with an appreciation of LINSIG, TRANSYT, QUADRO, DIADEM, VISUM, VISSIM, Mapinfo and LEGION to develop and analyse diverse transport proposals/projects and provide sound technical opinions and judgements.Combined with my technical expertise, I'm also flexible and able to adapt positively to any challenges that arise and am comfortable at making sometimes difficult decisions and taking ownership of key issues.
