As the Mechanical Supervisor, my role was to monitored and repair freight equipment with emphasis on safely rules and regulations required by the Federal Railroad Administration. Scheduled staff to fit production needs and performed daily audits to monitor employees and production goals. Monitored and track all materials ad products in inventory.

The Finishing Operations Manager played an intricate role in the overall success of the Company.
