For decades, I've spoken on stages throughout the United States and overseas, at corporate, nonprofit, faith-based, and school events. I typically speak on entrepreneurship, business, non-profit, and faith-based leadership issues. My signature focus is to help people and organizations seize and execute a purpose-centered vision for themselves and their organizations. I've spoken in front of numerous organizations such as large multinational corporations, nonprofit charities, schools and universities, small business groups, and chambers of commerce. I'm passionate about for-profit and nonprofit, social entrepreneurship: making a difference through leading organizations with purpose. I'm a past recipient of Northwood University's Award for "Excellence in Entrepreneurship and Outstanding Commitment to the Betterment of Mankind," Florida State Minority Supplier Development Council's "Doing Good While Doing Well" Award for community impact work. I bring the same passion and commitment to all of my engagements, capturing the audience's imagination and igniting them to action. I've also written several books including, "This Business of Supplier Diversity," about minority business development, "The Runner," a spiritually-based legal thriller, and "How to Know God's Vision For Your Life."
