Managed over 200 personnel on five contracts producing over $20M in revenue annually. Budget and profit/loss responsibility for support provided to the LOGSA, the AMCOM Information Mission Area, Joint Tactical Unmanned Aerial Vehicles, Integrated Material Management Center (IMMC), and Ground Based Radar projects. Over 21 years in the military in positions of leadership, command, and decision-making at ever increasing levels of responsibility. Deputy Comptroller U. S. Army Strategic Defense Command (USASDC) with responsibility for managing 80 personnel; major participant in planning, programming, budgeting, and execution of the $1.2 billion program. As Program Management Staff Officer for Ballistic Missile Defense Advance Technology Center (BMDATC) and USASDC acquired and installed equipment, and trained personnel on the Center’s first interactive automated management information system. Managed the contractor effort in development and maintenance of software. As an Assistant Inspector General for the 9th Infantry Division and I Corps in Ft. Lewis, Washington, performed as ombudsman and investigated alleged improprieties and reported to the Commanding General of the Division and Installation.
