NASDAQ listed (ALSK). Co-founded company through three acquisitions valued in excess of $900MM, which resulted in the formation of Alaska's largest telecom provider. Responsible for all capital raise activities to support the acquisitions, including senior debt, bonds, convertible preferred and common shares. Established management teams to support consolidation into one organization. Launched the statewide wireless network, and initiated a partnership for construction of the second undersea fiber optic network between Alaska and the lower 48.

The largest competitive telcom provider in the West. Stood up all back office functions to support growth, and secured the first term loan financing of $250MM. Integra expanded from two to six states and over 400 employees during this time period.

Transformed an $800 million revenue, 11 state telecom provider through operational changes and M&A consolidation. Responsible for Finance functions, and was part of a leadership team that acquired and integrated over 30 telecom companies throughout the United States. Achieved over 20% IRR during tenure. As a result of successful performance, PTI was acquired by CenturyLink in one of the largest telecom buyouts at the time.
