Dr. Graves is a graduate of Indiana University in 1970 with an AB with Honors in Psychology.He completed his graduate studies at the University of Toledo and received a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology in 1976. He is licensed to practice Psychology in Ohio and Indiana. He is a founding partner of Central Behavioral Healthcare, Inc., a psychological services group in Toledo. His practice is a general one and there is a specialized focused on forensic psychological issues with the criminal and domestic relations courts of Northwest Ohio and Southern Michigan. He previously worked as staff psychologist and executive director of Court Diagnostic and Treatment Center, a forensic psychiatric facility in Toledo. Dr. Graves is a member of the American and Ohio Psychological Associations, the Psychology and Law Society, the Professional Academy of Custody Evaluators and the American College of Forensic Examiners. He served on the Ethics Committee of the Ohio Psychological Association for 7 years. He has presented numerous professional workshops to groups of attorneys, judges and psychologists at local, state and national levels, including the Ohio Supreme Court Judicial College.
