I am currently working as the Principal of an elementary school in the Tacoma School District. I have also worked as an educational administrator for the last eight years in the Kent and Seattle school districts. One of my greatest strengths is the ability to build, evaluate, and work to sustain systems within an organization. My committment to build strong relationships and provide people with the support they need to be successful in their work perfomance and meeting personal goals they have set for themselves is deeply rooted in my core beliefs and how I approach my work.
