JOB SUMMARY: The position is responsible for all financial tasks related to Financial Management. CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: The position requires SAP certification in Roles 4, 5, 6, 19, 29, 39 and 54, Expenditure Management, Green Procurement and Contract Direct with Trade. DUTIES:- Promulgate instruction of directives; - Input/extract data from various financial systems; - Monitor and reconcile Internal Orders;- Produce, maintain and staff recurring reports;- Control and maintain Delegation of Authority List;- Train and assist all personnel seeking to obtain a delegation of authority; - Action all Accounts Payables; and- Control, maintain and update all Compt files and registers;
