Over 35 years of electoral governance and administration. The last 19 years in leadership and management roles at executive level positions. Major achievements include facilitating change management across federal, state and territory electoral bodies.Recently semi-retired in 2020, traveling Australia undertaking various electoral administration and executive contracts and appointments. This includes projects such as managing the 2021 Legislative Council scrutiny in Western Australia, managing four (4) local government areas in Central Australia during the 2NT Local Government 2021 elections. Undertaking Remote Mobile Polling project manager and Returning Officer Liaison Officer for the 2022 South Australian State election. More recently I have just completed a 14-month appointment as acting Deputy Electoral Commissioner, South Australia. Highlights were assisting the agency undertake post state election evaluations which fed through to various legislative change amendments, along with supporting the agency conduct the 2022 State local Government elections in November. Supported and advised the Electoral Commissioner through various agency corporate, financial, information technology and operational matters.
