Designed and wrote mixed-signal test routines for analog/digital integrated curcuits. Test platforms included Teradyne, LTX, Cadence, Trillium, and Sentry IC testers. Code written in many languages (typically C or Pascal), but were also platform-unique. Test code performed final production and wafer sort testing as well as engineering characterization prior to program release. Job task included final board test design, probecard design, and any other hardware or cabling needed.
