Currently, I serve as Facilities Director for Living Hope Baptist Church and Custodian for Chapel Hill Christian Academy. Both of which are at the same campus. It has been my pleasure to serve, maintain, and care for the facilities and the people that use it. My jobs include maintenance and repairs of building, finding volunteers to assist in repairs, tracking down and maintaining service accounts, and facilitating events. Before 2020, I serve as an automotive painter in California for nearly 15 years. The qualities I attained for that experience was to be highly adaptable, technical, detail oriented, and find satisfaction in problem solving; qualities that have driven me to the level of performance and skill that I have today. People often say that I have a different perspective on things, and I believe that makes me valuable. To me, all of the skills that I have and will acquire in the future are far less important than the work environment that can be fostered by supportive and thoughtful leadership. To be friendly and discourage hostility. To be encouraging, yet tactful when critique is in order. I want to be the type of leader that can serve first and equip others to thrive.

Most of all, I took great care in my interactions with the people around me. The way I conducted myself, the way I spoke to others, the way I handle difficulty, are all opportunities to encourage and teach. Show less
