Current• Responsible for delivering Original and licensed content to Netflix. Create, manage and track delivery schedules.• Responsible and accountable for post-production budget on my shows. Initiated new workflows to save money.• Work in tandem with marketing, and other departments to expedite any post production related requests.• Manage and track archival assets of our shows for down-streaming past the Netflix market.• Oversee the workflow of our primary video to ensure it goes through QC and Harding testing.• Commissioned outside vendors to create subtitles and other assets for our TV shows.• Work with our International dubbing department to schedule foreign dubs and help set up their new department within DreamWorks. Prior to our international dubbing department, I solely worked with Technicolor coordinating all international needs.
