My career includes over three decades of hands-on experience as a Central Office Administrator and educator, where I have honed my skills in managing supervisory, administrative, and instructional areas across various educational settings.Throughout my 31-year career, I have consistently demonstrated a commitment to educational excellence and leadership. My extensive, up-to-date knowledge of best practices in pedagogy and leadership, combined with 23 years of administrative experience at both the school and district levels, equips me with a comprehensive perspective on the challenges and opportunities within today's educational systems.I am passionate about inspiring both learners and educators to achieve their highest potential. My energetic and enthusiastic approach is complemented by a deep understanding of current issues facing schools and the critical importance of engaging all stakeholders in the improvement process.
