Managed a 36-month design and construction portfolio of US$1.5B+ of logistics and infrastructure construction projects throughout east Texas without a single lost time incident, and then led the Contracting & Procurement organization of Motiva’s 325MBPD, US$10B Refinery Expansion Project. Led project toward completion to final close-out.

Led Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Projects and Commercial organizations for refineries and associated chemical complexes in Texas and Ohio and pipelines and terminals in the Midwest and South. Participated in M&A, helping grow the company from $350MM valuation to sale in 2005 for $8B.
