• Represented the Development Production Operation group in all activities associated with defining, planning, scheduling, executing and progress monitoring for projects in support of the ADF facility or any new project initiatives requiring interdepartmental support. • Developed a process that can sustain the above responsibilities by establishing continuity in prioritization and project execution.Process Management Consultant • Managed and developed a process to bring the first ADF product (MYO-029) to its “First in Human” clinical trials. • Reduced overall process timeline by 57% (7 months to 4 months).

• Managed the design, commissioning and validation of a $150 million Biopharmaceutical Development facility. • Planned and developed leadership of teams through facility certification for critical path functions including automation, plant commissioning, plant IQ and OQ validation and modular equipment design process with a $26 million dollar budget.• Directly managed 60-person commissioning and validation team. Indirectly managed 100-person engineering department and 400-person construction department.
