Temporary position covering 12 months maternity leave at Buzz Bingo. I am now part of the digital ops team, responsible for the online bingo product. This includes but not limited to scheduling of bingo games, promotions and improvements to the bingo product.

Following the sale of WhichBingo Ltd in Summer 2018, I founded Howe Gaming to pursue new opportunities as a contractor in the iGaming sector (specifically online bingo). Under the umbrella of Howe Gaming I have worked with multiple affiliates and operators on various long & short term projects, opened (and closed) a casino white label, launched a bingo affililiate website and and built a bingo player data aggregator B2B service. Long term I wish to grow the affiliate side of the business but in the meantime I am keeping busy picking up contract and freelance work in the online bingo sector.

Hired by Patrick Duffy on a short term contract, assisting with digital marketing of ThePalaces.com, BingoEireann.com & BingoBritain.com as well as various other Palatial Leisure assets and social media pages.

Working directly with XLMedia subsidiary Webpals, I was hired to help with the development and marketing of their recently acquired WhichBingo.co.uk brand. During this contract I was primarily tasked with managing the tenancy deal placements, liaising with brands to ensure bookings went live on time and correctly. I also project managed a number of key marketing activities, including the production of the WhichBingo Awards 2019 and the Annual Reports for 2019 and 2020.

In this senior role, reporting directly to the Managing Director, I take a lead role in shaping and delivering the product roadmap. I gather, evaluate and prioritise requirements from a range of stakeholders, both internally and externally, and help determine how best to change the product to deliver our business objectives, using data-driven decision making. Acting as the product owner in a small, agile development team, I ensure backlogs are well managed, briefs are clear and that business requirements are understood and met to a high standard. I am responsible for communicating change to the wider team, and for reporting on the outcomes of any change delivered, using Google Analytics and other data sources to keep track of our KPIs. I project manage the annual WhichBingo Awards which is the highlight of the year for the business and an important date in the industry calendar. I also act as the company’s compliance officer, keeping on top of the latest regulatory changes and ensuring everything we do is compliant with the UK Gaming Commission license conditions & code of practice.

In this role I was responsible for the daily management and ongoing development of FreeBingo.co.uk - a free-to-play bingo website with an affiliate advertising business model. As product owner I was responsible for CRM, promotions, site and game upgrades, marketing, customer support and community management - as well as the commercial goal of increasing affiliate revenue from advertising on the website.Working with an independent software developer based overseas I briefed and project managed the successful migration from legacy Flash-based bingo software to a modern, mobile responsive HTML5 software with improved features.
