InZinc is a Canadian listed precious metals exploration and development company. The company 100% owns the West Desert Project near Delta, Utah which contains a large zinc, silver, copper, and indium resource that is open to further expansion. InZinc plans to further explore and expand the resource and further the project onto development and production.

Purchased The Original Scrapbox, a craft and hobby furniture storage solution, in 2013. Focused on product improvement, process improvement, and social marketing to grow business 500%. Invested in USA factories to compete with imported brands.

Serving on two mining company boards, both Canadian publicly traded companies, InZinc and Austral Gold.

Andean Resources is a publicly traded company on the ASX (AND) and on the TSX (AND). Assumed CEO role at Andean Resources in September 2006 when Andean was a $60 million company traded on the Australian stock exchange. Successfully dual listed Andean on the TSX, and raised over $100 million to successfully explore the Cerro Negro property in Argentina, growing the gold resource from 500,000 ounces to over six million ounces of high-grade gold. During this four-year time period, Andean also completed a Pre-Feasibility Study and Feasibility Study, leading to $300 million financing to initiate construction. Once construction was initiated, several larger gold companies made unsolicited approaches to Andean. Goldcorp Inc. eventually prevailed, acquiring Andean Resources for $3.5 billion. The takeover was friendly.

Various roles from Sr Financial Analyst, Controller, to VP of IR and Business Development. As Financial Analyst reviewed Beartrack Feasibility Study and developed improvements leading to construction decision. Promoted to Controller of Beartrack Mine during construction and first years of production. Promoted to VP IR and Business Development. Made several strategic acquisitions. Received award, Best Investor Relations Officer, in Canada in 1998. During this time period, Meridian Gold Inc. grew from $200 million to a $3 billion company in market capitalization.

FMC Gold Company was traded on the NYSE, an 80% owned subsidiary of FMC Corp. In 2006, FMC sold its 80% ownership into the Canadian Markets, and the resulting company was called Meridian Gold.
