Our growth is focused on infrastructure, building and industrial sectors as well as being active in mergers and acquisitions to further expand our offerings. During our time working with SMEs in the construction products industry, my co-founder and I identified a gap - a structural opportunity within the Australian construction market:• Traditional funders typically do not finance assets in this class because they are non-serialised and deemed to have low recoverable value.• The assets are capital intensive forcing users to rent the equipment central to the delivery of their services, the most punitive outcome to their value creation.• Barriers to Entry prevent traditional funders or new entrants achieving a foothold quickly due to the technical nature of the asset class, the influence of existing key relationships and for the new entrants, the need for capital.We formed HIRE2OWN (H2O), and have developed a digital product offering which bridges this gap. H2O targets frustrated SME business owners and provides an opportunity to become owners of the core assets they require to generate revenue. In so doing, HIRE2OWN aims to improve the balance sheets of its clients as well as their sustainability and value.Our mission is to build more sustainable small and medium enterprises by facilitating ownership in core assets.
