Additional duties also included being part of the on-call roster and working outside of normal business hours.Key technologies worked on were NetApp SAN, both 7-mode (up to 8.1.4) and clustered Ontap (up to 8.3). Implementing NFS and migrating from fibre channel to NFS and iSCSI. Other responsibilities included installation, maintenance and upgrading of the VMware virtual environment. The virtual environment consisted of over 30 VMware hosts, five SANs and 500 virtual machines. The environment was deployed over multiple sites.Other duties included Windows server maintenance and troubleshooting, and field support escalation as well as incident management using System Center Service Manager.
