Associate Director, Aftermarket Parts & Service responsible for all after sale activities including parts availability and parts sales P&L, customer service, technical service, engineering service, service training, warranty execution, and vendor recovery for Rehlko in North America. Directly responsible for the leadership and development of Management teams leading after sale parts, service, service training, and warranty efforts.21 year career in the military, retired in 2013.Joined Kohler in 2013 as an Application Specialist, Generator Field Service.Transitioned to the role of Manager, Field Service – Technical Support in July of 2015 and then Service Manager, North America in 2018.Moved to Associate Director - AMPS in May of 2021.Kohler became Rehlko in 2024.Brings 20 years of military experience and leadership to the role.With focus on technical abilities and customer satisfaction, built a diverse AMPS team that provides World Class service support across a large spectrum of generator market segments, including residential, marine, industrial large gas, industrial large diesel, towable, portable, and Automatic Transfer Switches (ATS).Prior to joining the Kohler team, held several positions of increasing responsibility throughout the U.S. Navy including Quality Assurance Supervisor, Maintenance Controller, Division Officer (DO), Division Leading Chief Petty Officer (DLCPO), Installation Physical Security Non-Commissioned Officer-in-Charge (NCOIC), Flight Chief, Lead Instructor, and Work Center Supervisor. During active duty time, earned multiple individual and unit awards, and several individual certifications and designations, most notable Safe-For-Flight, Enlisted Air Warfare Specialist (EAWS) and Master Training Specialist (MTS).Completed a Masters of Business Administration from Lakeland University with a finance concentration.Earned a Bachelor’s degree in Applied Science and Technology from Thomas Edison State University. Recognized for achievement with the Arnold Fletcher Award.Internally, completed the Kohler Leadership Development Program.
